Propaganda Lesson

On Wednesday I had the pleasure of teaching propaganda to Mrs. Speaks's track 1/7th grade language arts classes. It was a lot of fun and I incorporated some retro commercials into the lesson to clarify the different types of propaganda. In true collaboration style, Mrs. Speaks created a worksheet that fit the lesson perfectly and could be included in the students' writing portfolios. For a group of 13-year-olds about to track out and become 8th graders, these students were wonderful.
